Media-X and The EdVenture Group
Agreement
August, 2005
Media-X and The EdVenture Group located in Morgantown,
West Virginia have created a partnership where Media-X has
retained EdVenture as a non-exclusive sales representative
to promote the licensing of Media-X products, worldwide.
EdVenture will also act as an authorized training provider
to provide training on Media-X products. They will also
be the exclusive trainer of Media-X products in the state
of West Virginia.
The EdVenture Group The EdVenture Group is a 501 (c)(3)
non-profit organization that creates and delivers client
specific solutions through its core services of Consulting,
Curriculum Development, Professional Development/Training
and Technology Integration.
Based on knowledge and expertise, The EdVenture Group
focuses on business and education processes, making them
more efficient, more cost effective and more productive
for the customer.
Headquartered in Morgantown, WV, The EdVenture Group serves
customers across West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and other
areas of the East Coast. As part of the organization’s
five year plan, services will be expanded to additional
areas on the East Coast and three additional offices will
be opened in Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and one other location
to be determined in 2005.
